If your files have been backed up to an external hard drive using the method we have set up for you, you can simply copy the file(s) you require from your backup to your computer. This also makes it easy to transfer your files to a new computer when you get one.

You may have a situation where your files have disappeared or perhaps your computer will not start so you can't access them. Depending on the nature of the failure, if you don't have a backup your files may be irretrievably lost. However, in most cases, the facilities and software in our workshop allow us to recover most, if not all, the seemingly lost files. We can return them to you on disk or transfer them to a new computer as required.
