If your computer is simply not working properly, our engineers can diagnose the problem and repair it for you. Software faults can usually be rectified quickly in a single visit. Where there is a problem with the computer machinery (the hardware), we may need to diagnose it in our workshop or order replacement parts specifically for your model. We can usually get it back to you within a few days.
